A party bus is the vehicle we run more than any other. Across the last three seasons our records show 357 completed charters on the 31-passenger Party Bus and the two limo coaches, most of them groups of fifteen to twenty-five, most of them about five hours long, and all of them driven by our own chauffeurs out of Bonner Springs. Every vehicle on this page is owned, maintained and driven by us — never brokered out — which is why the bus you see in the photos is the bus that arrives.
Which party bus fits your group
Group size decides it. The Party Bus takes thirty-one and is the right call once you are past twenty; the two limo coaches carry sixteen to twenty and do most of the mid-size work; the Mercedes Sprinter limos cover ten to thirteen when a full bus would be half empty. Bigger than thirty-one? We send two vehicles, and the quote engine prices that automatically.
- Party Bus — 31 passengers. The most-booked vehicle in the fleet; the typical group on it is 22 to 30.
- Black Limo Coach — 18-20 passengers, wraparound leather seating, the classic limousine interior at bus size.
- Custom Limo Coach — 16-18 passengers, the same layout one size down.
- Mercedes Sprinter limos — 10-13 passengers, for a dozen friends who want the party-bus feel without the size.
- Luxury Mini Coach and Executive Limo Shuttle — 27 forward-facing seats each, when the trip is about moving a group rather than the ride itself.

What is on board
The 31-passenger Party Bus carries a 1,500-watt surround-sound system, two 55-inch screens with Blu-ray, Bluetooth and phone mirroring, colour-changing cabin lighting you control, USB charging at the seats, WiFi and full climate control. The limo coaches run U-shaped soft leather seating, LED, fibre-optic and stargazer ceiling lighting, twin screens and Kicker surround sound. All three can go casual, corporate or formal; the same coach that takes a bachelor party downtown on Saturday takes a board to dinner on Tuesday.

Where Kansas City party bus groups go
Game days first, by a distance. Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium are the two most common destinations of any party bus charter we run — the chauffeur uses the bus-and-limo entrance at Arrowhead, so the group is dropped at the gate and collected in the same place. See the Chiefs and Royals pages for how a game day runs. After that come concerts and shows at the T-Mobile Center, the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts and Starlight; December holiday light tours of the Plaza and Ward Parkway, which make December the busiest month of the year for the coaches; winery and brewery days out to Johnson County and Weston, or in town to J. Rieger & Co. and the West Bottoms; and nights that start at the Plaza hotels — the InterContinental and the Loews downtown are regular pickups — and end in the Crossroads or Westport.
Outside the city proper, Lawrence groups book the coaches for KU weekends and events at the Jayhawk Club, Lee’s Summit schools and families book them for proms and graduations, and Johnson County companies use them for team outings — Game Show Battle Rooms in Overland Park turns up in our records more than once. Overland Park, Olathe, Lenexa, Leawood and Prairie Village are the most common suburban pickup points; Kansas City, Kansas and Bonner Springs are close to home.

Occasions
- Bachelor and bachelorette parties — one chauffeur for the night, stops on your schedule.
- Birthdays, Sweet 16s and quinceañeras — parent-arranged itineraries for teens, a full bus for milestone birthdays.
- Proms and school dances — chaperone-friendly, itinerary confirmed with parents in advance.
- Weddings — the wedding party in one vehicle for photographs, a coach or shuttle loop for guests.
- Corporate outings — team events, client entertainment and holiday parties on a billed account.
- Graduations and concerts — arrive together, leave together, nobody parks.

How a party bus charter works
Almost every party bus booking is an hourly, as-directed charter: you set the start time, the pickup address and a rough running order, and the vehicle and chauffeur are yours for the hours you book. The bus waits at every stop, so the plan can change mid-evening. Buses and coaches carry a four-hour minimum, which is also about the shortest a good night out turns out to be; the median charter in our records runs five. A 50% prepayment reserves the vehicle and the date. If the night runs long and the vehicle is free, overtime is billed in prorated half-hour increments rather than a full extra hour, and a change of pickup time or address after booking carries a small administrative charge, so send the final plan once you have it.
- Nominate one organiser as our contact and give us their mobile number.
- Multiple pickup addresses are fine — list them in order when you book.
- Book for the group you expect: the quote tool sizes the vehicle by headcount.
- Tell us the last stop as well as the first, so the ending is planned too.
When to book a party bus in Kansas City
December is the busiest month on the coaches, driven by holiday light tours and company parties; April, May and June follow with proms, graduations and weddings; September and October bring football and homecoming. Saturdays in those months go first — several weeks ahead for the Party Bus — and the 50% prepayment is what holds a date. Weeknights and January to March are the easiest times to book on short notice.
